Using this site
This website is published by Le Chabrol Hotel Et Suites, 6951 rue Saint-Jacques Ouest, Montréal. You are welcome to read it, print it and link to it. The photographs and the writing are ours and are not available for reuse without our permission.
Rates and availability
Room descriptions on this site are kept accurate, but rooms are refurbished from time to time and a particular room may differ in detail from its photographs. Where a room type covers more than one room, we assign whichever is free rather than holding a specific number.
Rates and availability are not published here. They are shown by the reservation platform at the time you book, and the rate confirmed there is the rate that applies.
Reservations, deposit and cancellation
Reservations are made through our reservation platform or by telephone. The security deposit, how it is taken and returned, the cancellation windows and the house rules are set out in full on the deposit and payment page, which forms part of these terms.
The room is charged twenty-four hours before arrival, when the free cancellation window closes, or at check-in.
Booking through another company
If you booked through a travel site rather than with us directly, that company’s terms govern your reservation, including its cancellation rules, and changes must usually be made through them.
Liability
We take care that this site is accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or never interrupted. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under Québec law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada, and the courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction.
