This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing in your browser. There is no contact form. Reading these pages leaves nothing behind.

Our web host records ordinary server logs, which typically include an IP address, the page requested and the time. That is a technical necessity of serving a website and is not used to build a profile of you.

Services embedded in these pages

Two things on this site are provided by other companies, and their own privacy terms apply when you use them.

• Google Maps, on the contact page, which loads only when that page is opened.
• Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces used throughout.

Booking is handled on a separate reservation platform, reached through the Book now button. Once you leave this site for that platform, its privacy terms govern what happens there, including the payment details you enter.

What the hotel collects

When you reserve a room or stay with us we collect what is needed to hold the reservation and meet our obligations as an inn: your name, contact details, the dates of your stay, and payment information. At check-in we ask to see photo identification carrying an address, or a passport, and we record the deposit against your reservation. We take a photocopy of your identification, keep it for up to four years, and destroy it securely once that period has passed.

We keep this information for as long as the law requires us to keep guest records, and no longer than is useful for the purposes above. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except where the law requires it.

Your rights in Québec

Under Québec’s privacy legislation you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw a consent you have given. Write to us and we will answer within the time the law allows.
